Our mission is to provide opportunities for young people living with a disability to catch their dreams of being part of a community and making friends.
We do this by organizing social clubs that foster friendship and engage in the community around our members.
Dear Parent and Supporter of DreamCatchers NH,
It is with a heavy heart, that after almost 25 years of serving individuals living with a disability through our programs, DreamCatchers NH is saying “good-bye” and will no longer be in operation.
It was a hard and heart-wrenching decision but after much due diligence the DreamCatchers Board of Directors has voted to dissolve the Organization effective February 29, 2020. The last five years have been especially challenging for DreamCatchers to maintain the required financial resources needed to support and sustain the Organization.
We are grateful to all our members, leaders, parents, supporters, schools, and sponsors for helping so many individuals who live with a disability to make friends, have fun, and build community. The spirit of DreamCatchers will continue to live on in all those that were a part of our journey.
As Executive Director, it has been a joy to serve such amazing individuals with so much character. DreamCatchers NH celebrates each and every one of our members and leaders and we thank the DreamCatchers Board of Directors, Staff, and volunteers for their hard work and perseverance through this transition.
We are so grateful,
